From tales of turbulent travels and sports opinions to political think pieces and essays on your favourite TV show, we want to hear what you have to say.
You don't have to be a journalist - our main requirements are passion and a desire to tell compelling stories. Whether it’s analysis, opinion, or that experimental piece you've got lying around, Pop Valley aims to provide a home for original writing.
While non-fiction is preferred, 'auto-fiction' or stories that mimic non-fiction devices are welcome. Reviews are also accepted; however, we encourage a narrative structure rather than the standard format you'd find in most magazines. Experimentation, left field views, and niche subjects are things we advocate.
We are committed to reading and responding to every submission we receive and are happy to collaborate with writers throughout their creative process. This is your chance to get published, build a portfolio, and share your interests, obsessions, and unique perspective.
If you're an artist, designer, photographer, or simply believe you have something interesting to offer, don't hesitate to get in touch. Whenever possible, we aim to encourage creativity and celebrate the peculiar.
How much or little you want to contribute is completely up to you. All contributors will be credited with a byline and links to their own work/socials.
